About the fund

XiAxis comprises 5 distinct and separate investment funds, each a ring-fenced offshore company.

The Funds are:

• XiAstra
  Investment in Technology, Film, TV and associated Games (and intellectual rights management)
• XiMobile
  technologies on the move
• XiScope
  our successfully completed financial feasibility software product for the hotel and hospitality industry (closed)
• XiSafe
  software for banks and payments processing
• XiGen
  XiGen Investment in genetic and medical technology

How the funds operate

Each XiAxis company (fund) is professionally fund managed by XiCorp (offshore) sal, on behalf of investors. Unlike other investment funds (which are often overly complicated) the XiAxis formula is straightforward and easy to understand by investors.

• investors place money into individual funds, an offshore special purpose vehicle company (no-tax) forming a XiAxis numbered fund. Investors are the shareholders of their Fund company providing total security to their investment.
• funds are managed and operated by Xi Corporation (Fund Managers). At close, all proceeds are distributed offshore, without deduction of tax. Where appropriate, as part of the investment process, XiAxis can enable investors with both an offshore company and associated banking facilities, in which to receive the investment proceeds, which can then remain in the fund's tax-free jurisdiction or be repatriated as required.
