Mr. Garrick R. Aird is CEO of XiAxis and XiScope software, as well as of DGiCo Consultants, a London-based management consultancy which has undertaken client projects in over 130 countries, worldwide. He is an expert in corporate strategy, major investments and investment appraisal and property development. He has acted as advisor to corporations, national governments, and international agencies worldwide, including the World Bank, European Commission, Asian Development Bank, UN and WTO.

Mr. Michael Owens is a technology specialist with experience on over 250 projects worldwide for the Xi Corp group and for associated companies. He has worked on numerous technology projects in London, Copenhagen, New York, and Geneva, as well as on many high profile corporate strategy and 'change' projects, embracing governments, developers, financial institutions, entertainment industry, multi-media, intellectual property rights for film, games and associated media. He has designed and implemented group projects for blue chip clients in the Far East, Middle East and the USA. Mr. Owens leads the technical development of our XiScope software division.

Mr. Jonathan Hall, XiAxis Advisory Board, also Managing Director of a Dubai-based corporate investment and advisory firm has some 12 years professional experience in private equity, venture capital, corporate finance and banking, having worked for Abraaj Capital, HSBC Bank and PricewaterhouseCoopers Dubai, Hong Kong, Tokyo and London. He has completed a wide range of principal and advisory projects across many sectors, and has been involved in and responsible for over US$ 2 billion of investments and financings. He has also served as a board director for many portfolio companies and investment vehicles.

Mr. Keith Gristwood is Senior Vice President of XiAxis and XiScope software, as well as of DGiCo Consultants, a London-based management consultancy firm, with worldwide, professional consulting experience in over 50 countries. He is a specialist in market and financial evaluations of mixed-use development projects - hotels and resorts, convention and exhibition centres, visitor attractions, office, retail and residential. He has acted as advisor to corporations, national governments and hotel management groups

Mr. Jeffery Rossely, XiAxis Advisory Board, has extensive experience in undertaking major development projects throughout the mid-east region, Australia and worldwide. Prior to his involvement in XiAxis, he was head of Asset Management for a Gulf Sovereign Fund, MD of Development for Majid Al Futtaim Group, the largest private development group in the UAE, having previously worked for the Government of Australia. He has an extensive experience in major real estate development, investment, financial evaluations and asset management within the real estate - hotel, commercial office, retail and residential sector.

Dr. Kendell, XiAxis Advisory Board, has some 35 years of professional consulting experience in tourism and major development projects in over 120 countries. He is an expert in strategic planning, policy, investment appraisal, privatizations and valuations. He has acted as Advisor to corporations, national governments, international agencies, working on both private and public sector projects and assignments for bilateral and multilateral aid agencies including the World Bank, European Commission, UNDP and W.T.O..

Mr. Craig Clulow currently works on The Wave Muscat, a joint venture between Majid Al Futtaim Group (UAE) and the Government of Oman. Previously, he was Director of Development/Asset Management at Meraas Dubai, working on one of the largest down town redevelopment projects in the world (Jumeirah Gardens). He has an extensive experience in hotel and project development, financial evaluations and asset management within the real estate - hotel, commercial office, retail and residential sector. He has worked for some of the world's largest property developers, both in the mid-East and Africa.
