Focusing on the technology, media, film and TV sectors XiAxis can be flexible in the way that funds are allocated. XiAxis will fund, subject to criteria, and limited to a certain number per annum:

Small projects with potential high growth, and innovative ideas, that capture market interest. Films and television, hybrid or cross platform solutions using a mix of film, television, web, gaming and software.

XiAxis is also funding their own projects, currently in the areas of software as a service for hotel finance, mobile hospitality and hotel software, non-financial management software for small to medium sized enterprises and focused financial services solutions.

XiScope is an extremely useful and cost-effective tool for anyone involved in hotel development. It enables companies or individuals to generate professional feasibility analyses and reports, without the need to employ external consultants. These reports can be used to test the viability of a project, raise investment capital, bank or other loans, or to undertake financial/operational reviews of an existing business.

XiScope is the software, for hotel and related market and financial feasibility analyses and project financial appraisal. XiScope is developed and maintained by Xi Corporation in close cooperation with DGiCo Worldwide - a major and well-respected international hospitality and tourism consultancy.

The financial modelling and project appraisal product was first commissioned by DGiCo in 2006 and has been retro-tested for the current 2010 version, on over 100 projects. XiScope is currently being used by DGiCo on major mixed-use, hotel, residential and leisure projects, as part of the feasibility process worldwide. As such, the internal workings of the software are demonstrably robust and have been fully verified against previous spreadsheet-based versions and results.

Using XiScope ... Easy to use ... Always up-to-date

XiScope operates on an online subscription basis. Users subscribe annually and always have access to the most up-to-date version of XiScope. All upgrades and expansion of modules are undertaken by XiScope so that the user does not need to upgrade project versions to the latest formats. XiScope uses open-source software and can generate reports directly into PDF format.
